Original property documents which are kept in the custody for the company shall be returned after 15 days but before 30 days of closure of loan account. In case of multiple loans running against the security original property documents will be returned only after closure of all loan account which are secured against the property. Customer can collect his/her Original Document from the any of the Branch of Save Housing Finance Ltd however customer has to provide preference in writing.
Original Property Documents will be handed over to the borrower/co-borrowers who are the owner of the property. . All property owners has to visit the branch to collect the Original Property documents. They have to bring original identity documents for collection of original property documents.
In Case of Property Owners cannot visit the branch due to any reason, they have to execute a General Power of Attorney (GPA) authorizing the holder of the GPA to collect Original Document on their behalf. GPA holder to carry original KYC documents along with copy of KYC of executor of the GPA. Further Video call confirmation to be done While handing over the original documents Branch operations team will take the confirmation from Property owner/s on video call to verify the details.
In case of death of property owner/s, their legal heirs may collect the original property documents by submitting legal heir certificate/surviving member certificate issued by the appropriate authority. All legal heirs must come to collect the documents in such case.
